Very friendly staff. Check in and check out was very fast. We came to Vancouver for a concert, this was a great central location to skytrain and our concert venue, also located just around the block from restaurants and convenient stores. Our room was clean, bed was so comfortable and lots of clean towels in the bathroom. Rooms were also nice and soundproof, did not hear the Vancouver street noise. I'd definitely stay here again.

It was a nice room with a nice shower. It had a pool available which we didn't use. The Hop on/off bus stops right in front and the hotel sells tickets for it. ( this was the main reason we picked this place.) The hotel is clean and the staff were helpful. there is a nicer restaurant, Moxies , on the property , open for lunch and dinner, but we did not go there.

Location is unbeatable, literally everything is walking distance - and with the SkyTrain right across the street, you can get anywhere from here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and clean. Even with current construction, every effort was made to keep noise down, and be as unobtrusive as possible. The bed was comfy, with lots of pillows.

For Sure, location is the most important for choosing this hotel. Its downtown! and 10mins walk to MRT Station. next to the hotel there is Japanese restaurant (Black Izakaya) and it is also recommended. if you want to visit Vancouver and see the downtown, so you can choose this hotel.

Location is great, the hotel is being refurbished and we had one of the newly renovated rooms so everything was new. Breakfast in the pub was delicious. The personnel were courteous though not always helpful.
